The Syrup Barn

Our rustic Syrup barn in Locke, NY is where our production process takes place. We’ve put a lot of focus on the process itself, resulting in a pure, quality product. Our process relies on reverse osmosis; a purification process that extracts both water and large particles from our sap in order to create our signature thick, silky smooth Grade A amber syrup.

In an effort to acknowledge our energy usage, our family committed to sustainability by re-purposing used materials for about 75% of our sugar barn materials.
